單螺桿泵混輸流程設(shè)計時應(yīng)注意的問題

　　 液相介質(zhì)的連續(xù)供給問題
　　 單螺桿泵在油井原油生產(chǎn)中其生產(chǎn)狀態(tài)很不穩(wěn)定，在一段時間內(nèi)有可能氣體含量高，而另一段時間內(nèi)液體含量高，所以在使用單螺桿泵做油氣混輸時，為了防止泵在輸送液體和氣體、混合液的過程中，有一段時間內(nèi)液體斷流，造成定子因摩擦產(chǎn)生的熱量使定子橡膠溫度升高，橡膠老化，降低定子的使用壽命，介質(zhì)在進入單螺桿泵腔時盡量使用原油中的液體與氣體均勻混合，保證液體介質(zhì)對泵的連續(xù)供給。

　　 B、單螺桿泵前管路中增設(shè)緩沖罐，在緩沖罐里儲存一定量的原油，并用一套限流裝置給混輸泵供給一定量的原油。這樣無論油井含氣量如何變動，都可保證最低進液率，使混輸泵能夠正常工作。在輸油管路上增設(shè)的限流裝置，其流量應(yīng)為混輸泵流量1/20的定量泵，用單螺桿泵效果會更好，使用時間應(yīng)同時控制啟停。

　　 C、泵后管路中增設(shè)回油罐，用限流裝置把罐中的部分液體反回到混輸泵入口，保證進泵油氣的進液率，使混輸泵能夠正常工作。限流裝置可用節(jié)流閥控制流量，也可用單螺桿泵控制流量。本方案因回流部分液體，會降低系統(tǒng)效率。
